  • No swimming pools, saunas, or intense workouts for 72h
  • Do not pick scabs if they appear

  • Avoid retinol, and vitamin C for 48h
  • Avoid anything scented for 48h
  • Avoid scrubs and acid treatments for 1 week
  • No alcohol based products, no Vaseline, or no Lanoline
